Rich Getzoff

Rich is a 23 year veteran of the financial services industry. Rich has been with Wells Fargo Advisors for most of his career. He is currently a Regional President in the firm's Private Client Group. A graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Rich was born and raised in Philadelphia. He currently resides in Warren, NJ with his wife and three children.
 

Robin M. Gehrmann, MD

Dr. Gehrmann was raised in Brooklyn, NY and attended New York University for his Undergraduate education. He then attended Drexel University School of Medicine where he graduated with his degree in Medicine. After completing his Orthopaedic Residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, he completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the prestigious Hospital for University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Gehrmann then served as the Director of Sports Medicine at West Virginia University for several years until moving back to New Jersey. He then served as the Chief of Orthopaedic Sports Medicine for Rutgers New Jersey Medical School for 10 years. Several years ago he went into Private Practice. He still enjoys education and serves as the Residency Site Coordinator at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ for the Rutgers Orthopaedic Surgery Residents. He has worked with AANA (Arthroscopy Association of North America) for several years and continues to do so as a Master Instructor, focusing upon Resident education.

Dr. Gehrmann is the Head Team Physician for the Rutgers University-Newark Athletic Teams and devotes a great deal of his practice to the care of athletes and their injuries.

Practice interests include Complex Shoulder Reconstruction, Multi-Ligamentous Knee Injuries and Cartilage Restoration and Transplantation. Dr. Gehrmann has published and lectured extensively on these topics.

Dr. Gehrmann currently practices Orthopaedics at the North Jersey Orthopaedic Group in Millburn, NJ.

Michael P. McCarthy

Michael shares his extensive strategic sales and marketing experience with Flagship Surgical, which he has gained from his tenure at J&J Orthopedics serving in various executive corporate management capacities, and from developing a successful medical device distributorship. Through his direct interaction with sales representatives, physicians and hospital administrators, he has successfully introduced numerous medical device technologies and innovative products to the global healthcare marketplace.

Currently Michael serves as a Managing Partner at Acuitive Technologies, Inc. a medical device incubator/accelerator. Mr. McCarthy received his BS in Business Administration from Villanova University.
 

Michele Miller BSN, RN

Michele Miller is a professional registered nurse and a proven, multi-dimensional healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience and certification in perioperative practice. Michele’s specialties include orthopedic surgery, spinal surgery, materials management and resource utilization.

Michele’s nursing journey began with the dreams of becoming a surgical nurse and she has worked in various trauma and community-based hospitals. Michele has spent most of her professional years in the following accomplished roles; operating room nurse, nurse manager, central sterile processing manager, value analysis coordinator, perioperative materials manager, and the administrator and director of nursing of an ambulatory surgery center.

Michele genuinely believes that the nursing profession plays a vital role in the areas of research and development, healthcare policymaking, patient safety, value analysis, and staff and physician satisfaction.

Michele holds a degree as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Edison State University.

On a personal level, Michele enjoys golf, traveling, the wine country and spending time with friends and family. Michele is always optimistic that there is so much more to do and learn, both professionally and personally.
